Im fünften Kapitel werden die zukünftigen Kauf- und Nutzungskriterien näher analysiert und Prognosen zu potentiellen UMTS Kunden und möglichen UMTS Umsätzen gemacht. Die Arbeit endet mit einer kritischen Würdigung des Autors.
