So werden in einem großen Hotel in der Hamburger Innenstadt für den Logisbereich seit 1999 pro Jahr etwa 41.000 Euro in neue Wäsche investiert und die Wäschereikosten belaufen sich im Mittel pro Jahr auf 146.043 Euro. Im Rahmen dieser Projektarbeit soll anhand des Logisbereiches dieses Hotels exemplarisch dargestellt werden, ob es für das Hotel kostengünstiger ist, eigene Wäsche zu kaufen und von einer betriebsfremden Wäscherei reinigen zu lassen oder die Wäsche im Rahmen einer Miet- und Reinigungspauschale von der Wäscherei zu beziehen. Hierzu soll das Verfahren der Kostenvergleichsrechnung als Methode der klassischen, statischen Investitionsrechnung herangezogen werden.
