Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Sozialwissenschaften allgemein, Note: 1,3, Fachhochschule Regensburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im September 2011 gingen 343.431 Frauen und 387.651 Männer aus der Arbeitslosigkeit. Davon bei den Frauen 32,3 % in die Erwerbstätigkeit, 35,3 % in die Nichterwerbstätigkeit, also z. B. in ein „Hausfrauendasein“.
Bei den Männern dagegen gingen 36,0 % in die Erwerbstätigkeit und 31,7 % in die Nichterwerbstätigkeit. (vgl. Bundesagentur für Arbeit b), 2011, S. 45)
Es wurden somit 3,7% weniger Frauen als Männer in die Erwerbstätigkeit vermittelt. Es stellt sich nun die Frage, ob die Vermittlung in die Erwerbstätigkeit der einzige Bereich ist, in dem sich solche Unterschiede zwischen den Geschlechtern ergeben. Daraus ergab sich für die Recherche und Ausarbeitung folgende Arbeitshypothese:
„Die Neuausrichtung des Arbeitsmarktes wirkt auf Frauen und Männer unterschiedlich und verändert damit das Geschlechterverhältnis.“
