Clear and well-written.
Both the electric pressure cooker and this book provide us with the ability to cook tasty recipes in a really short amount of time.

The book is well comprised. It starts with a detailed, yet not painful to read explanation on the electric pressure cooker and its use and then continues straight to some delicious recipes. There are all kinds of recipes in the book, starting from some electric pressure cooker variations of recipes to show you how good the electric pressure cooker is, to some really interesting(and tasty) ones. The ones that I found best were mostly the dinner and dessert recipes, like the Chicken Cordon Blue, Lemon Creme and A Piece of Heaven Cake, but I tried a few others, too, and they were also pretty good and, most importantly, the benefits of using an electric pressure cooker were still clearly visible.
