In der vorliegenden Hausarbeit wird eine 60-minütige Workout-Stunde entwickelt (Unterrichtsplanung in tabellarischer Form mit Bildern,Anzahl der Wiederholungen und Zählzeiten),die Ziele und Inhalte jeder Phase des Kurses beschrieben und erläutert (Begrüßung bis Cool down). Des Weiteren werden in diesem Zusammenhang die sportmotorischen Fähigkeiten detailiert erläutert und Bezug zur Kurseinheit genommen.

Diese Hausarbeit ist eine Voraussetzung für die Zulassung zur Prüfung des Gruppentrainers B-Lizenz bei der BSA Akademie.
